By signing on, your club or sports organisation will:
  • Take a stand against an industry causing significant harm
  • Pioneer a new commercial future for your club or sports organisation
  • Commit your club/sports organisation to phasing out gambling sponsorship and advertising
  • Demonstrate leadership and recognise your role in protecting your fans and players

  • Safeguarding resources to help your club or sports organisation
  • Invitations to events and activities
  • Access to free training opportunities for your club or sports organisation

Who can sign up?

By signing on, your club or sports organisation will:
  • Any club or sports organisation in Greater Manchester
  • Any club or sports organisation who pledges to phase out any existing gambling sponsorship or advertising*
  • Any club or sports organisation who commits to the Against the Odds charter

*Clubs or sports organisations that generate revenue from low-risk gambling activities such as lotteries or other fundraising activities are not precluded from joining the programme.
